About the job

We seek a self-organized individual who will assist the Office and Facilities Manager and be a team player in the HR department. Your responsibilities will involve office administration tasks, organizing events and meetings, preparing documents for delegations, and contributing to the well-being of our colleagues and the support team.

Requirements

Organized, punctual, and disciplined;
Attention to detail;
Ability to gather, organize, and process information, extract key points, and communicate them verbally or in writing;
Good communication skills;
Transparent and honest;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Romanian;
A BSc in a relevant field.

You will sweep us off our feet with

Experience in HR Admin tasks, including payroll;
